Location: Swerve’s bar Panel 1: Blackarachnia, thinking: “Another first date. I hate first dates. Come on, Blackarachnia. You can do this. Just try to be supportive of her interests. And don’t say anything weird.” 2: Blackarachnia, looking at phone, thinking: “her name is Scylla. According to her Space Bridge bio…” God Neptune’s Japanese bio card. BA, thinking: “…I don’t know this language. But the algorithm matched us. Well, here she comes.” 3: Scylla in squid mode: “Are you Blackarachnia? I’m Scylla.” BA: “Hi, yes, that’s me. It’s nice to meet you. So you’re an alt-mode-first kinda gal, huh? That’s cool.” Scylla: “Yeah, I do prefer my squid-creature mode.” 4: Scylla: “It’s because I love hentai. Do you like hentai, Blackarachnia?” BA: “um, yes. Ha ha. Of course!” 5: BA has question marks over her head in confusion. “What’s not to love?” BA’s first thought bubble has a picture of Camilla the chicken wearing a bow time. The second thought bubble has a men’s necktie with Camilla on it. BA: “as I always say…formalwear and feathers…go great…togethers.”
